I am excited to finally showcase a personal project I've been working on with some of my colleagues from work. A while back, I was browsing around for rigs and came across a dragon rig by Truong Cg Artist, and it inspired me to create an animation that I'm thrilled with.
I handled the storyboarding and animation, while Bazil Power took charge of lighting and rendering the shot. Conor Louw handled all the simulation aspects, and Daniel du Plessis handled the compositing. Jacques Naudé contributed the sound effects, and the music is from House of the Dragon by HBO.
The rig used in the shot is The Tyrant Rig by Truong Cg Artist, which I must say is fantastic.
